Minhaj ul Quran International Nelson have been proud to host two recent monthly Shabbe Bedari events over February & March 2020 which catered for the Educational, Moral & Spiritual self-development of the community. 

Alhamdulillah, a beautiful mehfil was held in remembrance of the noble Shaykh Abdul Qadir Jilani. The mehfil was hosted by Saima Andaleep, the General Secretary of MWL Nelson.

MWL Nelson (North Zone UK) held an emotional Halqa Durood alongside a remembrance Mehfil to honour the Noble Martyrs of Model Town tragedy of June 2014.

Minhaj ul Quran International Nelson was honoured to host an evening gathering by the title of Hatame Nabuwat Conference at Jamia Masjid Minhaj ul Quran on the Sunday 23rd February 2020. The gathering was led under the supervision was Alama Shams ur Rahman Assi & Alama Hafiz Muhammad Mudassar Aziz. Guest speaker in attendance was Alama Sajid ul Hashmi & Guest Naat khawan from Pakistan was renowned Syed Fasihuddin Soharwardy Shah. 

MWL Nelson held Rabi ul Awwal Halaqat during the blessed month of Rabi ul Awwal we held 12 consecutive Mehfils during the day time and we also attended 8 consecutive mefhhils in the evening at our Minhaj ul Quran masjid every evening.

MWL Nelson held a very important health educational workshop discussing the importance of healthy eating and preventing the onset of diabetes.
