Sunday 10th May 2015 – Ashton-Under-Lyne (UK)

Minhaj-ul-Qur’an (Ashton), along with the local community of Ashton and the Ashton Central Mosque, arranged a fundraising event for the forgotten community of Tharparkar, Sindh, Pakistan on Sunday 10th May 2015, at the ACM Community Centre in Ashton.

Ashton Central Mosque, UK, 6th April 2014: A spiritual programme was arranged on the occasion of the first death anniversary of the late Haji Habib-ur-Rehman Malik sb, father of Asif Habib Malik (former President of Minhaj-ul-Qur’an International UK). The programme was arranged by the family along with the local Minhaj-ul-Qur’an (Ashton) branch. The family have been spiritual disciples of the Mashaikh of Jalalpur Shareef, District Jhelum, Pakistan for the last five generations, it was agreed to organise an Urs on this date, which also coincided with the actual Urs taking place on the same date at Jalalpur Shareef in Pakistan (6th Jammadhi-ul-Thanni).

Minhaj Welfare Foundation Tharparkar Emergency Aid – Fundraising Mehfil-e-Qawwali and Dinner in Ashton-Under-Lyne (UK)

A fundraising Qawwali program and Charity Dinner has been organized in association with Minhaj Welfare Foundation, by workers of Minhaj-ul-Qur’an in Ashton and it’s surrounding areas. The program will be on Sunday 10th May 2014 and all proceeds from the event will go to relief aid for the Tharparkar(Sindh) region, via MWF.

The Muslim Youth League UK and Minhaj-ul-Quran International (Ashton-under-Lyne) organised a three day Spiritual Retreat at the Ashton Central Mosque from Friday 20th December to Sunday 22nd December 2013.

On Friday 12th July (3rd Ramadhan) MQI Ashton-Under-Lyne (UK) arranged the annual Urs of Sayyidah-e-Kainaat Hadrat Fatima-az-Zahra  (SA) to be commemorated by way of a programme at the Ashton Central Mosque (ACM).
