Mawlid-un-Nabi SAW was organised by Hodge Hill Girls School


A Mawlid-un-Nabi SAW was organised by Hodge Hill Girls School on the 26th of February 2016, Hodge Hill School kindly requested Minhaj-ul-Quran to take part in the Mawlid-un-Nabi SAW.

The Head teacher Mrs Brown welcomed Minhaj-ul-Quran and asked Sister Farah Malik to host the programme. Sister Farah Malik asked Hodge Hill School girls to start the programme by tilawat and nasheeds and then handed the programme over to Minhaj-ul-Quran organisers, to stage the second half of the programme. Aaminah Ishtiaq recited a beautiful tilawat from the Glorious Quran and then handed it over to Tabassam girls group. This young group did beautiful naats and nasheeds including few small speeches. Sister Aaminah Ishtiaq also did a speech on mawlid-un-Nabi.

The programme ended with gifts handed out to Minhaj-ul-Quran girls and vice versa gifts and flowers were presented to Mrs Brown and Mrs Sameen. May Allah Subhan WATaala bless all who took part in this Mawlid-un-Nabi SAW.
