Minhaj-ul-Quran International wishes to express its strong distaste of the vilification by the Daily Mail on 7 and 8 August of Dr Joel Hayward, a well-regarded scholar who serves as Strategic Policy Advisor to Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, founder and patron of Minhaj-ul-Quran International.
