Minhaj Sisters Midlands visit Methodist Circuit Ladies Group
As part of the inter faith work of Minhaj Sisters, sister Rania Hussain Qadri visited the Methodist Circuit Ladies Group. Sister Rania had been invited by Minister Liam Dacre-Davies to talk about the mosque church twinning, she spoke to the ladies about the role of Muslim women in the local community .
Minhaj Sisters Midland region brought in the new year with a spiritual mehfil
Minhaj Sisters Midland region brought in the new year with a spiritual mehfil at the home of Sister Rozina Nawaz. As well as a celebration of the Mawlid un Nabi (SAW) a Giyaarvin Shareef was organised in a most spiritual way in remembrance of Huzoor Ghaus e Azam. The sisters wanted to increase their connection with Shaykh Abdul Qadir Gilani.
Minhaj Sisters (Midlands) participate in Interfaith Week
On 7th November Minhaj Sisters were invited to the Methodist church by Liz Dunning and Liam Dacre-Davies as part of our interfaith work. We invited the church members to iftar during the blessed month of Ramadhan and they very kindly invited us.
Minhaj Sisters UK organised its very first National Nasheed Competition
Minhaj Sisters UK organised its very first National Nasheed Competition at the Minhaj College Manchester on 27th January 2019.
Competitors came from all over the UK including London, the Midlands, Bradford, Sheffield, Manchester, and some all the way from the icy hills of Scotland.

Minhaj Sisters hosts first ever Spiritual Retreat ‘Tazkiya 2018’
Minhaj Sisters UK held its first ever Spiritual Retreat ‘Tazkiya 2018’ on Friday 12th October 2018 – Sunday 14th October 2018 at the Pioneer Centre in the suburb surroundings of Shropshire. Tazkiya 2018 was attended by approximately 140 sisters from across the UK with a handful of sisters who attended as day delegates.
