Over the last couple of weeks Mawlid gatherings have been picking up momentum up and down the country. Here in the Midlands, Minhaj Sisters have been busy holding multiple Mehfils in houses of various Sisters.

On Wednesday 14th December Minhaj Sisters organised a Mawlid gathering at Sister Asma's house. It was a beautiful and spiritual gathering. Many Sisters recited nasheeds praising the Prophet Muhammad (saw), including Sister Ranii, Sister Ambreen and Sister Safiya from Walsall.

The atmosphere was truly amazing. Sister Ranii read a beautiful salaam and dua was offered by Sister Shamaila.

The work of Minhaj Sisters was promoted and Sister Ranii talked about the big feed project in Walsall and also about the work of MWF especially regarding the current situation in Syria. Great feedback was received from the attendees and many further events have been booked.

On Thursday 15th December Minhaj Sisters organised another Mehfil at Sister Fozia's house. It was another amazing experience involving nasheed recital and songs of praise of the Prophet (saw). Nasheeds were recited by Sisters Ranii, Shamaila and Najma of Walsall.

Sister Shamaila delivered a talk about the blessings of durood sharif taken from a speech of Shaykh ul Islam, Dr Muhammad Tahir ul Qadri.

Sister Ranii read a beautiful salaam and a tearful dua was offered by Sister Fozia. The work of Minhaj Sisters was again promoted and many further events booked. The feedback received was very good.

On Friday day 16th December Minhaj Sisters organised another beautiful Mehfil e Milaad. This time it was at Sister Shamaila's house. Nasheeds were presented to the Prophet (saw) by many Sisters and a beautiful salaam was recited by Sister Ranii at the end a dua was offered by Sister Shanaz.

The work of Minhaj Sisters was promoted by Sister Ranii. We raised funds for MWF towards their many causes and towards the Big Feed event in Walsall on Sunday 18th December.
