As part of the fight against extremism among the British youngsters, Minhaj-ul-Quran International (MQI) UK has again taken another leading role in educating the young people about the true values of their faith. MQI has officially launched Radio Ramadan in Birmingham with the frequency 106.8 FM and in Walsall with frequency 103.6 FM, which is co-sponsored by the Nelson based welfare charity Minhaj Welfare Foundation (MWF). The Radio will play a vital role in bringing the youth to the right path of Islam.
The Radio has variety of programmes for the young people, parents, families and also community programme. Islamic songs (nasheeds), talks of various Islamic authorities, Qur'anic recitation, Interviews of various personalities and community leaders, competitions, phone-ins, discussion and not forgetting the infamous and sometimes very noisy Kids Krew will be part of the 1 month Radio Ramadan in Birmingham and Walsall.
