On the 1st January 2016, Sister Nazmeen Hussain held a study circle at her house with the Grace of Allah Subhan WaTala and his messenger Muhammad ﷺ PBUH. May Allah Subhan WaTala bless Sister Nazmeen Hussain in abundance. Sisters who attended the study circle read durood shareef collectively , then a recitation of the Holy Quran was done by Sister Khalida followed by Qaseeda Burda shareef ,which was read together out loud by all the ladies. Sister Rukhsana Iqbal MWL (Dawah Assistant of Alum Rock B’ham) read parts from the book “Mamolaate-e-Milaad” and then asked ladies questions to see if they understood .Alongside this Sister Rukhsana Iqbal promoted love peace and harmony on behalf of Minhaj-ul-Quran, as always. This study circle was concluded with a beautiful dua and salaam. Sister Nazmeen bought a lovely Milaad-un-Nabi cake and served fruit with it.

Many Congratulation to all the Alum Rock Tanzeem for holding a Mawlid-un-Nabi on their monthly programme, in which Sister Rabia Khanam MWL (Welfare Secretary of Alum Rock B’ham) incorporated her Mawlid-un-Nabi. This took place on the 3rd of January 2016, which is 22nd of Rabi-ul-Awwal on the Islamic calendar, at Minhaj-ul-Quran at Naseby Road Birmingham. Alum Rock Tanzeem held this mawlid-un-Nabi to commemorate the birth of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, and were amiable hosts warm, welcoming and ensured the celebratory atmosphere was maintained throughout the mehfil, with Sister Rabia Khanam as the host.

On the 1st of February of 2016, Sister Rukhsana Begum MWL (Membership Secretary of Alum Rock Birmingham) held a durood halqa at her house in Yardley, Birmingham, with the Grace of Allah Subhan WaTaala and the blessing of his prophet Muhammad PBUH. May Allah give these sisters countless blessings for holding these mehfils and every step they take to attend these mehfils.

On the 29th December 2015 , our lovely Sister Rehana Ishtiaq ,a member of Minhaj Women League of Alum Rock B’ham held a Mawlid at her house to commemorate The Birth of The Beloved Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ PBUH. May Allah (SWT) bless Sister Rehana Ishtiaq and her family with health and barakat.

Today, the 28th of December, was another exciting day for the Alum Rock women’s league because Sister Rukhsana Begum MWL (Membership Secretary of Alum Rock B’ham) held a Mawlid Un Nabi at her house. The atmosphere was phenomenal with decorations throughout the house. It looked amazing and added to the festive atmosphere. May Allah SWT and Rasool SAW bless Sister Rukhsana with barakah and health, Ameen.

Alhamdulillah, with help of Allah the Almighty and his beloved Prophet Muhammed SAW, a monthly gathering combined with grand Giyaraween Shareef was held on the 7th February 2016, at the  of Minhaj-ul-Quran Naseby Road Alum Rock Birmingham.

I, Shaheen Akhter MWL (Media Secretary of Alum Rock B’ham) held a very lively, exciting Mawlid Mehfil at my house on the 25th of December 2015. I thank Allah Subhan WaTala and His Prophet Muhammad ﷺ who has blessed me and my family with such a special event. No doubt that everyone who celebrates Mawlid Shareef are blessed and chosen by Prophet Muhammed ﷺ to celebrate His Birth.

Maaria Ashraf recited part of Surah Yaseen in a most beautiful voice, her Tilawat was soul-stirring, then Maaria continued with a Naat ‘Sab se aula-o-alaa humaara nabi’.Sister Saba also recited some Naats in her amazing voice as did I. The Mehfil was livened up when everyone from the audience asked to participate in reciting Naat Shareef.

Congratulations to Sister Khalida who has finished her first Study Circle on the 4th of January 2016 and held a Mawlid-un-Nabi as well all in one. May Allah Subhan WaTala and his messenger prophet Muhammad ﷺ bless all the ladies for making every effort to attend these study circles, halqats and Mawlid-un-Nabi’s. Without Allah SWT will nothing is possible.

On the 24th of December , sister Abida Mughal MWL (Dawah Secretary of Alum Rock B’ham), Sister Rukhsana Iqbal MWL (Dawah Assistant of Alum Rock B’ham), Sister Kousar Abbas MWL, Sister Najma and Sister Hurmat all held a joint mehfil, Masha Allah , celebrating  the Birth of the Beloved Holy prophet Muhammad ﷺ PBUH , at Minhaj-ul-Quran. There was over three hundred ladies present. May Allah Subhan WaTala bless them all and their families with health and imaan for celebrating this special occasion.
