A Mehfil-e-Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) was organized by sister Safeena at her residential home in Leyton. The Mehfil begun with the recitation of the whole Quran by sisters attending. Followed by a beautiful Hamd recited by Sister Ijaz, and various sisters reciting Naats. Sister Safeena, Asra & Rukhsana gave short speeches on the Legality of Milad-un-Nabi under the light of the Hadith. Sister Asra Recited a beautiful Naat ‘Madine ke wali Madine bulalo'.

Sister Rukhsana Sarfraz president Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League London talked about importance of continuing learning and Improving our knowledge about Islam. She talked about the misconceptions surrounding Islam at the moment and how important it has become that we as representatives of Islam are able to answer any questions the future generation have about Jihad. She highlighted the need to study the Quran, Hadith and Sunnah extensively and pass that knowledge to others. She invited all sisters attending to join classes and attend Halqa's organized by the Women League in different areas.

The program ended with beautiful Dua and Zikr followed by the food being served to all attending.
