Minhaj-ul-Quran International (Walsall) celebrates Laylat-ul-Qadr

Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Walsall held a “Laylat-ul-Qadr” Mehfil on Saturday 2nd July 2016 to give an opportunity to the local community to learn about the importance of the Holy Quran aswell as the events concerning Laylat-ul-Qadr.

The gathering started after the Taraweeh Prayer. It started with the Hufaaz who led the Taraweeh Prayer being congratulated for their recitation throughout the Holy Month of Ramadhan marking the completion of the Holy Quran.

The gathering started with Recitation of the Holy Quran Hafiz Qamar recited Surah Ar-Rahman in his melodious voice. It was worth listening to him.

The official starting of the programme was marked by the recitation of the Holy Quran by Shaykh Hassan Al-Bukhari who is a world renowned Quran reciter. He will also be starting recitation classes very soon to nurture and develop the recitation of the youth further at Minhaj-ul-Quran International (Walsall). Many Notable Naat Khawan Ahmed Hussain, Ameer Hamza, Usman Khan, Lala Qadeer and Ali Ikram Hamdani read the Naat, and tuned up the people emotionally.

Allama Amin Madni Sahib gave a beautiful talk on the importance of the Holy Quran. He further added that we must establish our link with Quran and build the identity of Muslim Ummah.

Allama Amin Madni Sahib made the final prayer which was full of tears and commitments. The people left for their homes after Fajr prayer.
