On the week commencing 29th of June 2015 women league of Alum Rock Birmingham follow the general structure for a Halaqa e Durood at three different Sisters houses in a week. We begin with reciting the Durood Paak for about 20 mins then Tilawat, Naat, Hadith, Tafseer of Irfan-ul-Quran and Huzoor Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadris lecture is played on a DVD for a short while. A short talk is carried out from one of the books that have been appointed for that month and some talk on Dawah regarding Minhaj-ul-Quran and upcoming events.

On the 18 June 2015 the women league of Alum Rock Birmingham started a Halaqa Durood Ramadhan for one week in the Minhaj-ul-Quran Naseby Road Birmingham with the blessings of Allah SWT and His Messenger Muhammed PBUH.

On the 14 of May 2015 Halqa Durood Mehfil was held at the Minhaj-ul-Quran Birmingham, This blessed Mehfil was hosted by Sister Rukhsana Parveen MWL (President of Alum Rock Birmingham) with the blessing of Allah (SWT) and his messenger Prophet Muhammad (SAW).

On the 28th of April 2015 Sister Rukhsana Begum (MWL Birmingham Membership Secretary) held a Halqa Durood Mehfil at her house in Yardly Birmingham with the will and blessing of Allah (SAW) and His Prophet Muhammed SAW.

On the 23rd of April 2015 with the help of Allah almighty and his prophet (peace and blessing be upon him and his family) a new Halqa Durood mehfil was opened at Nasby road Birmingham Idara by Rukhsana Parveen (MWL President of Alum Rock Birmingham) and the women league of Alum Rock Birmingham.
