On Saturday 7th of February 2015,  Ghayrveen Shareef gathering was held at MQI Birmingham to commemorate the remembrance of Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani (RA).

This was organised by the MQI Birmingham Minhaj Women League.

Sister Shazia Parveen (Dawah Secretary) hosted the programme by welcoming everyone to this blessed gathering, our little angel Sister Maaria was invited to recite some verses of the Holy Quran.

Sister Shaheena Akhter (Media Secretary) was invited to recite a Naat.

Sister Shazia Parveen set up a dawah stall to promote Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammed Tahir-ul-Qadri's books, CD and DVDs, while many sisters donated towards welfare.

Sister Raheela (MYL(S) Sandwell) did a wonderful speech in English for the younger generation, while Sister Rukhsana Parveen ( President MWL Alum Rock) delivered Urdu speech about Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani (RA) and played a very small clip of speech by Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri on the attributes of Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani (RA).

Sister Rukhsana Iqbal (Midlands Halaqat co ordinator) recited the Dharood Shareef followed by Dua and Salaam by Sister Rabia Khanum.

Ghayrveen Shareef blessed food was served to all attendees.
